What counts as the latest Kuailian download? The version and date on the download page cards, plus the installer’s modified time on disk. Digits in the filename are a hint, not proof.
A desktop file named “kuailian-final” can sit for months. If Properties shows a date two weeks older than the card, replace the package.
Do not resume a broken download
If the browser fails or stops halfway, delete the incomplete item and click the same card again. Renaming a half exe and running it reports damage — that is not an antivirus false positive.
Redownload only when the page is newer
If the card date has not moved but you cannot connect, the issue is usually permission or nodes — see the guide and FAQ. Reinstall does not bypass a gateway.
